Accessibility Statement

Saykos GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European standards for accessible content. This statement describes the current state of accessibility, known limitations and ways to report barriers to us.

Scope

This statement applies to the website at saykos.de including all subpages and language variants.

State of compliance with the requirements

We aim for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and with the European standard EN 301 549. The website was developed with these requirements in mind; a full external audit is currently pending.

Known non-accessible areas

The following areas do not yet fully meet the requirements and are being revised:

  • Some images do not yet have meaningful alternative text, as the final image material has not yet been fully added.
  • Content in non-German languages is in some cases not yet fully translated; in these cases the German content is used as a fallback.
  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile) is subject to the accessibility standards of the respective provider.
